Responsibilities
Responsible for using various systems to track, gather information and answer customer inquiries
Identifies customer needs in CFD and works to meet those needs using sales tools and techniques, as well as with help from a CFD technical expert
Provides appropriate training information
Strives to sell the product that best meets each customer's needs
Working in a team-oriented environment
Meets key performance metrics such as sales, productivity and quality requirements
Strives to sell the product that meets the customer's need or other products when appropriate
Performs other duties as requested, including attending required meetings
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Demonstrate professional phone etiquette
Demonstrate proficiency with our customer relationship management (CRM) system
Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented organization
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
Preferred
A business college degree or the equivalent experience is desired
A college degree in mechanical engineering with the necessary communication skills is a bonus
