Responsibilities

Learn the duties of, and assist, the Executive Director in managing the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing long-term care facilities

Assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times

Enhance their knowledge of our culture, managerial and problem-solving skills and professional responsibilities in providing senior care at Trilogy Health Services

Commit to work for Trilogy for a period of two (2) years in a location determined by the Company

Understand that during this program, extensive travel and relocation may be required

Be assigned as needed to meet business needs, which may include an Administrator or Executive Director position or project based assignment with our regional support team
