Responsibilities

Manage and maintain menu, catalog, and discount configurations across multiple state-regulated markets, ensuring compliance with regional requirements

Provide first-level troubleshooting for POS systems, hardware, and software issues, escalating complex problems when necessary

Collaborate with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to assess system needs and recommend improvements

Ensure POS and retail systems remain up to date, secure, and compliant with company policies and industry regulations

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize POS and e-commerce systems with back-office operations

Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, troubleshooting documentation, and training materials for store teams

Support the implementation of new store openings by configuring POS systems and ensuring seamless menu and catalog integration

Provide on-site and remote support for system issues, working closely with store managers and staff

Stay informed on advancements in retail technology, POS software, and compliance requirements to drive continuous improvement

Prepare and deliver operational or project progress reports as needed
