Client Services Director- Seattle

Responsibilities
Build trust-based relationships with Client Executives and team members
Engage in strategic discussions with Sales and the SC&E organization to increase win rates and capitalize on strategic opportunities
Develop complex/transformational solution opportunities to grow the footprint
Achieve financial metrics
Bring innovation to serve WWT’s clients and increase awareness of WWT’s brand
Actively manage the solutions portfolio from Sales through Delivery
Create and update consistent reporting across all Solutions to accurately represent the business and provide valuable insights
Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies across processes and tools (e.g., leverage standard processes and template for Proposals, SOW, etc.)
Coach and mentor team members across the Solutions Consulting & Engineering team to increase skills
Qualification
Required
Candidates should have 15+ years of solution and delivery experience including work within a Management Consulting Organization
Telecommunication industry experience required
Must be able to work onsite at the client location as needed
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Technology Management is preferred
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results
Ability to lead cross-functional and technology teams
A focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering high-quality results
Goal-driven mindset with a track record of driving successful customer outcomes
Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of integrated technology solutions at scale
Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to align strategies with business goals
A solid understanding of business operations and the ability to align solutions with market competitiveness
Familiarity with industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Familiarity with integrated technology solutions, emerging technologies, and their application in a consulting environment
Excellent collaboration skills to work across a matrixed organization with Sales Leads, Solutions Teams, Management Consulting, Engineering Teams, and the Operations team
Effective communication skills to facilitate discussions, build partnerships, and present information clearly and concisely
The capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Upholding professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions and decision-making
