Account Manager

UnlockLand is building an AI Operating System for Real Estate Development, enabling developers, investors, and asset managers to plan, manage, and optimize real estate projects with speed and precision. Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and build relationships with developers, planners, architects, real estate professionals, investors, and landowners
Drive outbound outreach and qualify inbound leads across priority markets
Own and manage opportunities through the full sales funnel, from discovery to close
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing zoning intelligence, feasibility modeling, and generative site planning
Guide prospects through trials, onboarding, and early adoption
Act as a trusted advisor, clearly understanding and articulating client needs
Communicate customer insights and objections to Product and Leadership teams
Monitor regional development trends, zoning changes, and regulatory shifts
Support partnership initiatives with real estate associations, planning groups, accelerators, and public agencies
Represent UnlockLand at industry events, conferences, meetups, and government forums
Work closely with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on market feedback
Collaborate with Marketing on positioning, outbound campaigns, and regional go-to-market strategies
Support leadership with forecasting, reporting, and strategic growth initiatives

Required

2–5+ years of experience in business development, account executive, SaaS, PropTech, or client-facing roles
Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with real estate development, zoning, planning, or feasibility analysis (or a strong desire to develop expertise)
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage AI startup environment
Experience engaging with developers, planners, architects, or government stakeholders is a strong advantage
Self-driven, resourceful, and motivated by ownership and impact
