Responsibilities
Installing, servicing, and supporting ATM and branch equipment along with retail kiosks
Performing hardware repairs, part replacements, and rebuilds
Handling software loads, upgrades, and configuration
Diagnosing issues remotely and supporting field technicians as needed
Managing parts, tools, and equipment in our warehouse
Providing feedback to improve processes and service efficiency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of ATM experience, preferably with financial institution machines and a clean driving record
Hands-on experience with NCR, Hyosung, or similar platforms
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently without constant oversight
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screening
Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for some weekends/holidays
Preferred
Senior-tech, mentoring, or leadership experience
Familiarity with field service software systems
Strong IT or networking fundamentals
