Responsibilities
Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry to the location, following site-specific policies and procedures
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures as directed by Allied Universal and site management
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the food and beverage environment
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and observe for unusual activity
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including assisting with evacuations and/or other site-specific emergency protocols
Communicate and collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management to maintain a secure environment at the location
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
