Responsibilities
Warmly greeting guests and efficiently managing various tasks
Handling incoming calls for appointments and ensuring accurate scheduling for therapists
Describing and upselling spa services
Escorting guests to their locker and providing tours of the spa
Replenishing spa amenities, laundry, and light housekeeping
Promoting spa, salon, and fitness center services to guests
Accommodating guest and member requests and answering inquiries
Actively selling spa/salon services, retail products, and memberships
Assisting colleagues as needed and showcasing a strong team-oriented approach
Building and maintaining positive relationships with both associates and guests
Qualification
