Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality HR services, contributing to a positive employee experience and strong organizational culture
Collaborate with the firm's Partners and the Director of Operations to develop and implement employee-focused initiatives that will improve performance, productivity, and capability
Develop and employ strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace satisfaction, including recognition programs
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job postings and building a pipeline of qualified candidates
Manage the coordination of interviews and communication with candidates
Cultivate a robust onboarding program to support new hire success
Oversee all benefit programs to include health insurance programs, retirement savings, and ancillary benefits
Partner with benefits broker, 401(k) provider, and other consultants to evaluate and implement effective benefits programs
Administer compensation plans and programs, in collaboration with the firm's Partners
Manage compensation changes, payroll processing and related documentation
Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations
Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations, including required postings, notices, and training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business, management, or related field
8 - 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources related roles
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR initiatives, programs, policies, and processes
Significant experience working directly with executives, partners, and/or senior leaders of an organization; including driving initiatives, implementing decisions, and providing status updates
Ability to interact effectively with others, exercise good judgment, and model professionalism, especially in stressful situations
Experience in handling confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and diplomacy
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Preferred
PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred
Experience working within a professional services firm preferred
