Responsibilities

Support and contribute to the development of analytics that supports Ascension's improvements in strategic planning, CX, marketing, business development, and business operations

The internship will consist of project(s) and shadowing of different areas within our Strategic Growth organization. You will work on problems that will help inform senior leaders regarding operational and strategy decisions and measure the progress and outcomes of those decisions

Common tasks will involve:

Developing knowledge around existing business processes, functions and data sources that will be utilized in the business insights and recommendation development

Working together with the analysts and consultants in coordinating across functional, data, operational teams and with leaders to ensure accuracy, consistency and optimization of the overall work product and business insights

Ability to engage with stakeholders to obtain necessary data for analyses which could include disparate source systems and data structures

Required

High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required

Preferred

Experience working with large data sets and common data analysis tools (SQL, tableau, PowerBI) are preferred
