Responsibilities
Draft persuasive briefs, motions, oppositions, and supporting documents for class action Wage & Hour matters
Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex issues
Assist with drafting discovery responses, declarations, and case materials
Collaborate with attorneys to prepare filings in state and federal courts
Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, high-impact litigation environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in legal writing within litigation, class actions, appellate work, or employment law
Strong preference for candidates with plaintiff-side or Wage & Hour experience
Exceptional written advocacy, issue-spotting, and analytical skills
Ability to produce clear, concise, and highly persuasive legal documents
Preferred
JD or licensed attorney preferred
Bar admission in CA, WA, IL, NY, or CO is a plus but not mandatory
