Responsibilities
Complete analytical testing and experimentation, with a focus on cell-based, PCR, flow cytometry, and ELISA assays--experience with Vi-Cell Blu a plus
Maintain, calibrate, and operate analytical equipment, along with laboratory material and reagent inventory
Document testing in accordance with laboratory requirements
Assist in laboratory and product failure investigations
Author technical and scientific documents including protocols, reports, and SOPs
Support technical transfer of methods to manufacturing for internal and external QC testing
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience working in a discovery role
Experience in cell-based, flow cytometry, and ELISA assays
Cell culture experience
Bachelor of Science in related field (Biology, Biotech, Biological Sciences) or Masters with 3+ years of experience
Preferred
Exposure to cell therapy products is preferred
