Latitude Legal is seeking an experienced Technology Contracts Attorney for a part-time contract engagement supporting the legal department of a manufacturing company. The attorney will focus on structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of technology and commercial agreements, while also assisting with AI-assisted contract review tools.

Structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of technology and commercial agreements including technology-relating sourcing agreements and indirect sourcing agreements
Assisting with the legal team’s use and integration of AI-assisted contract review tools

Qualification

Required

5+ years of technology sourcing and commercial contracting experience
Prior in-house corporate legal department experience is highly preferred
Proficiency with AI-assisted review tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Thomson Reuters CoCounsel
Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently and integrate quickly into an existing workflow
Licensed to practice law in the attorney's state of residence
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
Outstanding professional references
