Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills to review, interpret, and evaluate contractual documents
Expertise in contract negotiation and terms management
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in handling contractual agreements and ensuring compliance
Experience in contract management, including oversight of deadlines, deliverables, and renewals
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred
Familiarity with legal terminology or prior experience in healthcare contracts is a plus
