Rocket Clicks is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping Family Law Firms grow their business. The Paid Media Director will lead the paid advertising strategy, overseeing multi-channel campaigns to ensure they align with business objectives and maximize ROI while managing and mentoring a team of Paid Media Managers.

Responsibilities
Define the vision, direction, and goals for Rocket Clicks’ Paid Media service line
Translate business objectives into measurable paid media strategies tailored for Family Law Firms
Identify emerging trends and tools, ensuring Rocket Clicks remains at the forefront of PPC and social innovation
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Paid Media Managers, fostering accountability, learning, and results
Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and SOPs to ensure service consistency and scalability
Conduct regular performance reviews and align goals with agency and department KPIs
Partner with Project Managers to ensure resource allocation supports profitability and workload balance
Work closely with Account Managers to ensure paid media initiatives align with client goals and budgets
Collaborate with Strategists to integrate paid campaigns into holistic marketing plans
Provide data-driven insights to inform broader client strategies and improve decision-making
Maintain strong quality control standards across all campaigns
Monitor delivery metrics to identify risks, inefficiencies, or optimization opportunities
Continuously improve reporting frameworks and ensure clear visibility into campaign performance
Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to enhance campaign optimization, streamline reporting, and improve decision-making efficiency across all paid media channels
Represent Paid Media performance in client meetings, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions
Ensure clients clearly understand the business impact of their campaigns
Proactively identify opportunities for growth, upsell, or optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field required
7+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing or agency setting
Proven track record of delivering profitable performance for multiple client accounts
3+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing teams of specialists
Deep understanding of PPC, social, programmatic, and local service advertising
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics
Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen – Ability to connect channel performance with broader business goals
Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making – Skilled in interpreting data and using insights to guide optimization
Leadership & Team Development – Builds, mentors, and inspires high-performing teams
Clear & Candid Communication – Translates complex insights into actionable guidance for clients and teammates
Proactivity & Accountability – Anticipates challenges, takes ownership, and follows through with measurable results
Preferred
Advanced certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid media platforms preferred
Familiarity with legal or Family Law Firm marketing is a strong plus
