Tradewind Aviation is a leading private aviation provider operating scheduled and private charter services. The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing sales processes, systems, and performance by analyzing sales metrics and managing CRM enhancements.

Responsibilities

Produce sales KPIs, pipeline health, lead conversion rates, client segmentation, and region performance. Provide actionable insights and regular reporting to sales leadership

Document current sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability across the sales cycle

Support the scheduled service business with regular pricing and revenue management reviews, alignment on distribution, and develop an understanding of the interline process while interfacing with vendors as needed

Assist in the development and optimization of network strategies by providing insights into operational efficiencies, customer demand patterns, and route performance

Collaborate with operations and sales teams to maximize fleet utilization by identifying opportunities to optimize schedules, reduce downtime, and improve service offerings

Conduct research to benchmark pricing, track competitor offerings, and support strategic positioning of Tradewind’s services

Support the implementation and training for sales tools. Ensure the team is equipped with the resources and data needed for success

Work in partnership with marketing, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies, route optimization, and overall business objectives

Provide ad-hoc analysis for special projects, such as the introduction of new routes, fleet expansion, and strategic business initiatives
