Responsibilities
Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers
Lead and perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services
Set up containment, drying equipment, air movers, and dehumidifiers
Perform demolition, debris removal, and job site cleanup
Monitor moisture levels and document daily job progress
Communicate clearly with homeowners, property managers, and office staff
Ensure jobs meet company standards and industry best practices (IICRC)
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency services
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (or GED)
Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, etc
