Scrum Master (Puerto Rico) (Hybrid)
Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master / Team Coach to join their Agile team. The role involves facilitating Agile practices, coaching team members, and ensuring high-quality product delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Responsibilities
Organizing and facilitating key Agile ceremonies, including Team Syncs, Iteration Planning, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and focused
Identifying and eliminating roadblocks and impediments that hinder team progress, enabling the team to focus on delivering value
Coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and practices, helping them to self-organize and improve their performance
Collaborating with the Product Owner to manage the Team Backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and refined to maximize value delivery
Tracking team metrics and performance, providing insights to improve processes and outcomes
Building and fostering a high-performing team culture by promoting collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution
Being a champion for a culture of relentless improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices
Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to coordinate dependencies and align on objectives across Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
Experience as a Scrum Master
Experience working with Product Owners
Working in an Agile environment
Ability to communicate with Enterprise-level DT Organizations
Preferred
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach in an Agile environment, preferably within a SAFe framework
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent) are preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analyses and implement effective solutions
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams and with vendors
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate and thorough documentation
