They are seeking a passionate Foster Care Recruiter/Program Coordinator responsible for recruiting, assessing, and training therapeutic foster homes while ensuring compliance with licensing standards.

Responsible for the recruitment, assessment, selection, pre-service training, licensing, and re-licensing of therapeutic foster homes

Recruit foster families, keep the homes up to code, help with relicensing, and do home visits and documentation

Required

Must be 21 years of age or older

Valid driver's license with good driving record required

Bachelor's degree in Human Services related field required

Bilingual English/Spanish required

At least two (2) years of related experience with children and families required

Must have valid Social Work license, or obtain within 6 months of hire (minimal level is LSWA)

Must be able to attend new hire paid orientation, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA
