Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Smalltalk

Analyze and enhance existing Smalltalk codebases, including legacy systems

Implement object-oriented designs following best practices

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues

Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other developers

Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation

Integrate Smalltalk applications with databases, APIs, and external systems

Support system upgrades, performance tuning, and refactoring initiatives
