Responsibilities
Greets patients, verifies registration information, confirms insurance information, and scheduling follow-up appointments
Answers multi-line phone and triages calls
Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
Performs clerical and secretarial tasks to support the department
Assists Medical Assistant and works with other staff members to ensure the efficient and effective operation of clinic
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer abilities
Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously
Preferred
1 years' experience in healthcare
Familiarity with medical terminology
