New Hire Trainer

T-Mobile is seeking a New Hire Trainer to lead the development of their frontline sales team. In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging training sessions to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge for success in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate all new hire training sessions across the company
Partner with HR to ensure onboarding logistics are complete and classes are ready
Provide detailed performance feedback to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Unit Managers (UMs)
Keep training materials up to date with the latest T-Mobile updates
Monitor and report on new hire progress in Magenta U LEARN
Ensure accurate coding of new hires in T-Mobile’s provisioning tools
Reinforce the importance of timekeeping and support compliance
Develop and administer quizzes and final assessments
Communicate T-Mobile priority training updates during sessions
Support leadership with additional tasks as needed

Required

Strong understanding of training methods and adult learning principles
Minimum of 2 years of recent Retail Store Manager experience required
Excellent communication and facilitation skills: Public Speaking Experience Required – 90% of this role will be presenting in front of an audience
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with learning platforms and reporting tools
Must be available to support the Pacific Time (PT) and Mountain Time (MT) zones

Preferred

2+ years of Facilitator experience preferred
T-Mobile Sales Experience/Knowledge a huge plus
Professionalism and GBRAND energy
