Responsibilities
Directs, administers, and controls the day-to-day operations and activities of facilities and programs in an assigned area
Plan and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity
Provides leadership, support and guidance to facility management
Monitor and enforce compliance with standard operation procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control and accuracy of inventory
Train and develop team members on proper warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
Oversee inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and order fulfilment rates
Process vendor returns as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Computer skills required: Inventory Management Software, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to manage time effectively
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Standing - Continually required to stand
Walking – Continually required to walk
Sitting - Occasionally required to sit
Travelling – Occasionally required to travel
Finger Dexterity - Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
