The Title Specialist position is responsible for providing an exceptional user experience to auction partners and dealer partners by managing the life cycle of floorplan advances and resolving title issues.

Responsibilities
Apply experience and lessons-learned to create or modify work methods related to records, files, processes, and procedures
Process lien requests, title applications, title corrections, and title check-outs
Provide input and maintenance of collateral management systems, data, records, and files necessary to provide servicing to the related partner or team
Communicate with dealers and/or vendors via incoming and outgoing phone calls
Develop a thorough understanding of Kinetic Advantage policies, processes, and procedures relative to assigned areas, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years' experience processing titles
OR any level of degree/certification beyond a high school diploma and 1 year of experience
OR 5+ years of experience in a related field
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information with a wide diversity of individuals, both verbally and written
Must be knowledgeable about current title laws and restrictions across the United States
Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with tact and discretion
Robust time management skills and attention to detail coupled with a proven ability to meet deadlines
First-rate problem-solving skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and, at times, stressful environment
Strong organizational skills, including ability to multitask, work efficiently, and prioritize
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to communicate clearly
Ability to operate computer and office equipment, maintain paper files, and move about an office environment
Must be able to move objects up to 20 pounds
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
Preferred
Bilingual preferred but not required
