Responsibilities

Respond to new practitioner inquiries the same business day and document every step in HubSpot
Run a consistent call, email, and voicemail cadence to drive live conversations
Qualify needs, open new accounts, and reactivate lapsed accounts
Maintain a clean pipeline with next steps for 100 percent of owned accounts
Partner with our practitioner support team for product education when needed

Required

Clear, warm phone presence and strong written communication
Organized, coachable, and persistent with strong follow through
MS Office required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to Commute: Dahlonega, GA 30533 (Required)

Preferred

HubSpot proficiency preferred
Experience with GoTo Connect or similar phone system is a plus
associate or bachelor's preferred
Bonus points for inside sales or customer success experience in supplements, nutraceuticals, or healthcare B2B
