Responsibilities
Launch and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns from scratch
Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and ad sets
Manage Google Ads channels (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, Video, etc.)
Analyze ROAS, LTV:CAC, CTR, CPM, CPA, and other performance metrics
Identify and troubleshoot platform issues, pacing problems, or performance drops
Build reports in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUPs)
Support creative testing and asset collection across cross-functional teams
Conduct keyword research and optimize search term reports based on SEM best practices
Collaborate daily via Slack, email, video calls, and PM tools
Assist with competitive research and trend analysis
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns
1+ year of hands-on Google Ads experience (any of Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, or Video)
Strong understanding of paid media KPIs and optimization strategies
Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, graphs)
Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency-like environment
Excellent English communication skills
Proven success working with U.S. clients
Ability to work U.S. hours (PST/EST)
Highly accountable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Agency experience
TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads experience
Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), GA4, or attribution frameworks
Familiarity with creative intelligence tools (Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Foreplay, MagicBrief)
Experience with SEO or competitive tools (SEMRush, SimilarWeb, SpyFu, Data.ai, SensorTower)
