Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new Amazon sellers and ecommerce brands needing 3PL and international logistics solutions
Run the sales cycle end-to-end: discovery calls, needs assessment, pitching, objections handling, and closing
Manage and optimize Amazon seller accounts with a focus on inventory flow, fulfillment efficiency, and cost control
Develop and execute strategies involving 3PL warehousing, inbound shipping, and international freight
Oversee Amazon FBA and FBM operations, including inventory planning and reimbursement processes
Advise clients on international shipping, customs, storage, and fulfillment best practices
Ensure Amazon policy compliance and maintain strong account health metrics
Build long-term client relationships by providing strategic guidance and operational support
Maintain a consistent pipeline and track outreach, leads, and deal progress (CRM experience is a plus)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a sales-oriented role such as Amazon account management + sales, business development, account executive, or agency sales
Mandatory experience working in an Amazon advertising or full-service Amazon agency
Proven ability to acquire clients and close deals (you should be comfortable with targets/quotas and pipeline building)
Strong knowledge of 3PL warehousing, international logistics, FBA/FBM, and inventory planning
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with experience using data to support recommendations and decisions
Self-driven, organized, and solution-oriented
