Perform field surveys as a member of Stantec field crews, including control, topo, drainage, and utility surveys

Performing roadside safety design, traffic staging and roadway drainage design

Process Field notes and field data in Microstation/ORD/OBM

Preparing Survey reports

Qualification

Required

Engineering students of an accredited Civil Engineering program with an emphasis on Transportation Engineering

Perform field surveys as a member of Stantec field crews, including control, topo, drainage, and utility surveys

Performing roadside safety design, traffic staging and roadway drainage design

Process Field notes and field data in Microstation/ORD/OBM

Preparing Survey reports

Preferred

Courses related to structural engineering, roadway geometrics, Engineering Mechanics, Concrete Design, Steel Design, Timber Design, Prestressed Concrete Design

Familiarity with highway and roadway design related software such as MicroStation/OBM/ORD

Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong written and verbal communication skills
