This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, secure web applications and SaaS platforms, while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance user engagement and business value.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures
Lead the end-to-end development of SaaS-based solutions, from concept to deployment
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver seamless digital experiences
Implement responsive, accessible, and performant front-end interfaces
Build robust, scalable, and secure back-end services and APIs
Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance platform capabilities
Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices
Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
Establish and enforce best practices for coding standards, design patterns, and software quality
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, offering feedback and ensuring testing is aligned with the Definition of Done
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on software engineering and digital platforms
7+ years of hands-on experience with modern web technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and SaaS architectures
Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices
Experience using AI assisted development tools such as Cursor
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality digital products
