Executive Administrative Assistant
IFG - International Financial Group is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The role involves managing daily operations, coordinating logistics, and fostering community and inclusion within the workplace.
Responsibilities
Manage calendar and meeting logistics for leaders and team events
Provide onsite assistance with workspace logistics, supply management, and event coordination
Support new hire onboarding and create a welcoming experience for employees and vendors
Collaborate cross-functionally with other admins and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations
Assist with expense reports, travel coordination, and workspace planning
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree (Business Admin, HR, Communications, or related field) or equivalent experience
1+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
