Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
Maintain accurate records for company documents, invoices, and compliance requirements
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking
Prepare purchase orders and monitor inventory for office and production supplies
Handle employee onboarding paperwork and maintain personnel files
Track attendance, vacation, and assist with payroll processing
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute reports
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Support safety initiatives and maintain documentation for audits
Provide administrative assistance to management and production teams
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience as an Office Manager for a small company
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing setting
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic QuickBooks knowledge
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Knowledge of HR practices and compliance regulations is a plus
