Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases for Genesys IVR applications
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for IVR systems
Use Cyara to create and maintain automated IVR test scripts
Validate call flows, prompts, menus, DTMF inputs, speech recognition, and error handling
Test inbound/outbound call scenarios, call routing, transfers, and disconnect logic
Validate IVR integrations with backend systems (CRM, databases, web services)
