Responsibilities

Identify and implement ways to harden systems and reduce their attack surface
Interpret technical requirements, analyze mission requirements, and lead the delivery of effective technical solutions to cybersecurity challenges on enterprise government networks
Coordinate work with government officials, cyber professionals, and technical domain experts to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate customer’s IT needs into a plan for secure solutions
Advise on new techniques and break free from the legacy model in cybersecurity
Guide the team through a critical approach to network design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of security and mission needs
Oversee efforts to help customers overcome their most difficult challenges by integrating secure practices across their enterprise systems
Identify new opportunities to use cybersecurity solutions to help customers meet their toughest challenges

Required

5+ years of experience with enterprise environments, including on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-based systems
4+ years of experience leading enterprise architecture and designing security solution integrations, including SIEM and SOC solutions
3+ years of experience in cloud computing environments such as AWS or Azure
3+ years of experience leading teams in the integration of cyber capabilities in a geographically separated enterprise environment
Experience organizing, leading, and executing delivery, including assisting project managers and leading technical communications with executives
Ability to configure, deploy, and implement Elastic on AWS or on-premises in an enterprise environment
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience with enterprise cloud, including IL4, IL-5, and IL-6, and traditional classified networks, including SIPRNet and JWICs
Experience scripting with Python or Bash
Experience with REST APIs, SQL, NoSQL, and Regular Expressions
Experience with NIST Special Publications relating to RMF, incident response, forensics, and system engineering
Experience working with Terraform, AWS, CI/CD, and IaC
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Secret clearance
Elastic Certifications
DoD 8570 IAT-II or III Certification, such as Security+, CySA+, or GSEC Certification
