Responsibilities

Lead and scale the national Drop-Ship/Spot Buy sales organization

Elevate the existing sales team

Own revenue performance and growth targets for the Promotional Products business

Coach and develop a team of field-based sales professionals

Build and expand a national sales team

Establish clear territories, sales cadences, and accountability standards

Support key opportunities with a hands-on, player-coach approach

Ensure CRM and forecasting discipline

Identify pathways for Drop-Ship/Spot Buy relationships

Strengthen sales culture by setting clear expectations and driving professionalism

Create a high-accountability environment grounded in metrics and results

Partner cross-functionally with Client Services, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
