Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to prospective customers within the designated market area through phone calls and other communication channels
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand and promote our products or services to potential clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals
Document lead information accurately, process and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in lead qualification, telemarketing, or inside sales is required
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets
Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check
