Required

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of investment banking experience; MBA degree and 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience

Meaningful M&A transaction experience, particularly on the sell-side M&A

Ability to lead the execution on a transaction, which includes reviewing work, setting expectations and providing constructive feedback

Business writing and presentation skills, including the ability to create compelling and robust sell-side presentations

Very strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Client Management skills

Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders

Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potential
