Responsibilities
Translate customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architecture products and design specifications
Lead prototyping efforts and work directly with the customer to help transform the way the customer's organization uses technology
Mentor the next set of developers to help them grow into tomorrow’s solutions architects
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex cloud applications or platforms at enterprise scale
5+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python, GO, and Java
3+ years of experience architecting solutions on multiple Cloud Service Providers (CSPs)
3+ years of experience with DevSecOps principles
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Ability to supervise others and lead projects and deliverables within a collaborative and cross-functional team environment
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in software engineering, or 10+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree
Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire date
Preferred
5+ years of experience with ground systems, mission control software, and satellite communication protocols
5+ years of experience with Agile engineering practices
Experience architecting solutions on Azure using cloud native services such as AKS, Azure Functions for serverless, or AutoScaling
AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps Associate Certification
