Lead end-to-end technical delivery for product development—from concept to full production

Collaborate with planning, design, supply chain, and operations to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Drive NPI: act as the primary liaison between design engineering and operations during new product launches; oversee manufacturing readiness, process qualification, and production validation

Build cost models and process routings; prepare quotes and communicate pricing and delivery estimates to customers, ensuring competitiveness and target gross margins

Publish project documentation: reports, schedules, and technical specifications

Monitor schedule, budget, and performance; provide clear status updates and mitigation plans

Implement best practices and continuous improvement to streamline execution
