Office Administrator
The Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA) is seeking an experienced Office Administrator for their location in Everett, Washington. The role involves performing essential administrative functions and supporting daily operations to meet the organization's needs.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors at front desk and cover incoming calls (direct and indirect)
Collect and distribute incoming mail
Maintain internal meeting calendar
Order and arrange food for meetings/events
Maintain orderly reception area, common areas, storage
Maintain, inventory and order office supplies, visibility items and equipment
Assist during meetings and events with registration, setup and logistics
General data entry, printing and filing
Prepare and finalize correspondence for union contract administrators
Generate time-sensitive reports
Perform daily updates to member database
Other administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two (2) years' office experience preferred
Ability to be flexible and balance several projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite
Ability to communicate well and function across the sectors and tiers of the union including staff, members, officers, vendors, and visitors
Openness to learning new systems
