Responsibilities
Own brand-level forecasting for volume, revenue, margin, and marketing investment
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain through the monthly S&OP process
Build financial models to evaluate pricing, promotions, innovation, and growth initiatives
Deliver clear, actionable insights on brand P&L performance, KPIs, risks, and opportunities
Support leadership with scenario modeling, ROI analysis, and decision-ready reporting
Qualification
Required
FP&A or commercial finance experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
Strong financial modeling and business-partnering skills
Ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions cross-functionally
Comfortable working with evolving processes and scaling systems
Proficiency with financial software and tools, including Microsoft Business Dynamics, Vena, JET Reporting, or similar BI applications, to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred
Experience in CPG and/or private-equity-backed businesses strongly preferred
MBA or CFA preferred
