Required

Proven experience or skills in Executive Management and leadership roles to oversee strategic initiatives and mentor teams
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in organizational development and knowledge of industry trends is a plus
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
