New Jersey Community Development Corporation (NJCDC) is a multi-faceted community development and social service agency providing housing and social services to 4,000 children and families daily in the city of Paterson. We are searching for a Program Director to lead a neighborhood-based initiative to remove lead paint from 100 homes, requiring coordination of contractors and community engagement.
