Real Estate Manager

TerraPact is dedicated to the acquisition and monetization of real estate assets within the right of way corridor, wireless and wireline digital infrastructure ecosystem. The Real Estate Manager will be a key contributor to the company's vision, managing cell towers, commercial buildings, and other properties while ensuring excellent landlord/tenant relations and integrating newly acquired assets into the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Project manage repairs, maintenance, and modifications of cell towers and other assets
Ability to prioritize with proven ability to multi-task large workload
Maintain and procure necessary relationships with contractors and vendors
Integrate newly acquired assets into TerraPact’s portfolio
Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of professionals, including members of the legal, finance, business development and executive teams
Manage the company’s portfolio of commercial properties all over the country
Proactively interact with tenants to promote excellent landlord/tenant relations
Establish and improve the company’s data and best practices

Required

4-year degree
3+ years' experience in commercial real estate, finance, consulting, or a related field
1+ years' experience managing cell towers
Excellent analytical skills
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills
Must be a quick learner with the ability to work independently and in teams
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present compelling ideas clearly and effectively to colleagues, clients, tenants, vendors and adversaries
