Responsibilities

Interviewing and counseling loan applicants and enrolling new members

Reviewing and suggesting improvements for current and prospective loans by effectively reviewing loan applications and credit reports

Assist with loan, cash, and teller services

Offer credit score coaching to save our members money

Fundamental financial counseling to boost our members money management knowledge

Qualification

Customer service experienceFinancial counselingMicrosoft Office proficiencyCommunicationPositive attitude

Required

High School Diploma or GED required

At least one year of customer-facing experience in credit unions or financial institutions

Bondable

Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software

Positive attitude

Excellent communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree is a plus
