3+ years expLHH is in search of a skilled Salesforce Administrator for a on-site contract role with a non-profit client in the Sacramento Area. The Salesforce Administrator will act as the bridge between the nonprofit’s operational needs and Salesforce capabilities, involving requirements gathering, system configuration, and supporting end-users to maximize adoption and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into Salesforce-specific requirements
System Configuration: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports to meet organizational goals
Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, perform data imports/exports, and maintain data hygiene
Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and recommend enhancements leveraging Salesforce features
Testing & Deployment: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee feature releases
Training & Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to staff for effective Salesforce use
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides
Qualification
Required
3–7 years as a Salesforce Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in nonprofit or similar mission-driven organizations
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, reports)
Familiarity with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is highly desirable
Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred
Preferred
Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., Data Loader)
Knowledge of nonprofit workflows, donor management, and fundraising processes
Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies
