Responsibilities

Be part of a successful team creating high-performance applications and be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle
Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for a large scale software development effort
Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment
Functional analysis of real world and test data
Collaboration with customer to bring new capabilities to the warfighter

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
Experience developing software using Java/C++/Ada
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Experience in OO and scripting languages
Experience with developing, testing, and integrating software using Java / C++ or modern software development language
Software development lifecycle experience using an Agile methodology
Experience across the product development life cycle
Well developed communications skills and team collaboration skills
Self-motivated
Proven ability and desire to facilitate career growth and knowledge transfer
Proven ability to develop technical solutions to complex issues
Familiarity with MS Office
