Responsibilities

Design and optimize production processes to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals
Lead root cause investigations; implement corrective actions that stick
Support new product introductions from pilot to volume, ensuring manufacturability
Use CAD and simulation to validate tooling, fixtures, and line layout concepts
Create and maintain process controls, work standards, and documentation
Champion lean and Six Sigma methods to cut waste, cost, and variability
Coordinate cross-functionally with design, production, and quality to align plans

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field
Ability to analyze production performance and drive improvements
Clear communicator and strong problem solver

Preferred

Automotive manufacturing experience and familiarity with industry standards
Experience with CAD and process simulation
Lean and Six Sigma knowledge; project management skills
Up to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering capacity
