Executive Administrative Assistant to CEO- Home Health Care
KeystoneCare Home Health and Hospice is a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to patients and families. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the organization.
Health Care
Responsibilities
Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Organize and maintain confidential files and records
Assist with board meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes
Track and follow up on action items and deadlines
Support special projects and organizational initiatives
Able to work on site in Wyndmoor, 5 days per week
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 years of experience in executive administrative support
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with various virtual meeting platforms
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Background in the healthcare or hospice sectors
