Responsibilities

Provide leadership and analysis in constructing PE’s strategic and tactical investment approach

Regularly review and monitor the portfolio composition, the investment pipeline, new investments made, and performance analytics such as PME (Public Market Equivalent), TVPI (Total Value to Paid-In), DPI (Distributed to Paid-In Capital), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), TWR (Time-Weighted Return), and market dynamics

Conduct due diligence on proposed investments by evaluating terms, financial statements, legal documents, partnership agreements, and other economic characteristics of investment alternatives, as well as monitor manager relationships

Benefits

This position is eligible for annual and long-term incentive awards.

The annual incentive opportunity is 0-75% of salary and is based on the level of achievement against several quantitative and qualitative measures.

The long-term incentive program provides an additional opportunity of 0-75% of base salary beginning after five years and when absolute total fund returns meet or exceed board-approved thresholds.
