Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one consultation with clients regarding medical insurance options (on and off the Marketplace)

Educate clients on plan benefits, eligibility, enrollment periods, and cost-saving opportunities

Assist individuals and families in selecting the best health plan based on their needs and budget

Manage incoming leads, follow up promptly, and maintain accurate records

Build trusting relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-through

Stay updated on industry regulations, plan changes, and compliance requirements

Required

Active Health Insurance License (Life & Health)

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a health insurance agent (ACA, Medicare, or private plans)

Passion for helping others and serving the local community

Ability to work on-site in our Rancho Cucamonga office

Excellent organizational and time-management skills
